We understand living in the tropics requires a lot of maintenance and special attention to detail; thus, we have devised an effective maintenance program to keep your investment up and running in tip top shape. This way you and your guests can enjoy it for years to come.
Our PM team offers the following services to units located in both Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras:
· Standard cleaning to your unit, once a month or more as required.
· Switching service contracts over to your name for residence establishment and capital gains purposes.
· Paying all the units monthly and yearly bills
· Simple Plumbing and Electric maintenance- changing light bulbs in reachable places (special light bulbs will be replaced by handyman), unplugging toilets, connecting boiler-gas and so forth.
· Inside condo maintenance- taking the appropriate personnel to repair the unit be it electricians, plumbers or handy man and supervising their work and safety of the unit. *Hand labor and supplies not included in flat fee.
· Bi-monthly basic pest control.
· Running appliances, flushing toilets, and watering plants
· Flipping mattresses and ventilating unit at least once every 2 weeks for fungi and humidity control. Placing and replacing humidity control material in units.
· Hurricane prepping and safeguarding should case arise.
· Dealing with third parties that concern your unit e.g. Furniture store deliveries and follow up, Insurance Co’s, initial installation of appliances and the likes.
· Regular utility payments.*
